(Fig. 16) Phase II needs would be re-evaluated once she was in a permanent dentition, and Phase II fees were to be determined at that time, if/as needed. Her parents were made aware that IM’s treatment with Sagittal Correctors was totally dependent on her excellent 24/7 wear of elastics. They were informed that otherwise her bite “will not be corrected and the treatment time will be much greater, and very probably not as successful.” Her excellent compliance provided very successful 4 month Class II correction.
