While there was no cross-bite present, the transverse relationships would be monitored, as Sagittal correc-tion occurred. If expansion were to be needed, it would be provided.Within 2 months there was a significant change in her overjet (Figs. 11 & 12) and within 4 months sagittal correction had occurred.
