His practice is located in Raleigh, NC. He is a current student in the Academy of GP Orthodontics’ 12-Session Comprehensive Hands-On Course. Before his dental career, Dr. Chun received his doctoral degree from the Department of Biochemistry and Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. Following the footsteps of his father, who was a chemistry professor, Dr. Chun accepted a teaching position for chemistry and physics at Elizabeth City State University at Elizabeth City, NC. Dr. Chun is married to Jennifer Chun, an immigration attorney, and they have two children, Angela and Andrew. Jeff Dahm, DDS is a 1987 graduate of Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. He graduated the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry in 1991 and completed a residency program at the University of North Carolina in 1992. After completing his residency program, he joined Dr. Jim (Dr. Jeff's dad) in practice in 1992. Dr. Jeff is a member of the American Dental Association and also a member of the American Orthodontic Society. In 2015 Dr. Jeff was awarded “Outstanding Ortho Case of the Year.” In April of 2017 he received the "Diplomat" Award from the American Orthodontic Society for academic achievement and clinical proficiency. is a Diplomate of the American Orthodontics Society. He is a Senior Instructor and has lectured to thousands of pediatric and general dentists for over 30 years. In 1997, he served as the first president of the newly formed American Orthodontics Society’s Foundation. His love of orthodontics evolved out of his pediatric dental practice, finding that early orthodontics treatment was as essentially important to quality treatment as restorative and prevention. In 2012, Dr. Gonzalez was presented the highest award that can be given by the American Orthodontics Society, The Richard L. Moore Lifetime Achievement Award. Currently, he serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of the AOS and is the Executive Director of the AOS Board of Diplomates. Ed is also the proud host of the highly successful international podcast “Orthodontic Smiles” with 5,000 listeners in over 50 countries. has practiced in the Houston area since 1990 and in Richmond, TX since 1994. Dr. McCrea is a graduate of Texas A&M University and at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. He received further training at the General Practice Residency Program at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. In 2007, Dr. McCrea completed the Academy of GP Orthodontics’ 12-Session Comprehensive Hands-On Course. Since 2013, he has received his Diplomate from the Academy of GP Orthodontics and served on the Academy’s Board of Directors from 2008 to the present, serving in 2013 as the Academy’s president. Additionally, Dr. McCrea is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas School Of Dentistry in Houston, teaching in the AEGD and the GPR programs. In 2013 he became part of the Memorial Herman Hospital Staff to supervise residents providing dental treatment in the operating room.
