This “beginning” course is arranged to give each student an in-depth study of the Straight-Wire system using state-of-the-art audio/visual procedures. Course continues June 3-5, Aug. 19-21, and Nov. 18-20. (24 credit hours per session) The final two sessions of Drs. White and Wyatt’s popular course, Orthodontics In Today’s Dental Practice – Concepts and Techniques, will be April 8-9 and May 20 – 21 in Dallas. No worries if you missed the first two weekends; this intermediate course is session-by-session! (16 credit hours per session) Dr. David Jackson will conduct his four-session Next Steps lecture and participation course in Dallas April 15-17, May 20-22, Aug. 12-14 and Sept. 9-11. This course is designed for the orthodontic practi-tioner who has recently completed a basic course or the doctor who may have been practicing orthodontics and would like an update in the latest concepts. (20 credit hours per session) Offered in conjunction with the first two sessions of Dr. Dave’s Next Steps will be the Empow-ered Basic course for assis-tants. This two-session hands-on course covers everything from orthodontic terminology and patient care forms to actual band-ing and bracketing! And running concurrently with the latter two sessions will be The Empowered Advance course for assistants. (20 credit hours per session) And, finally, Dr. Dave is taking his “Connection” international! Beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico will be the site for his Intercep-tive Orthodontics Update Weekend June 9-11. This course will be three half-day sessions covering the many uses of utility arch wires, as well as expansion and repositioning appliances and reten-tion after Phase I.
