The Twin Force appliance was removed March 2012. Segmentals and cross arch elastics were employed to sock in the premolars (Fig. 19). Final records were taken March 2013 (Fig. 20) due to the fact that the patient had missed a number of appointments. An upper QCM retainer with an anterior guide slope was placed to encourage the patient to remain in the new class I molar as the condyle and fossa continued to remodel (Figs. 21 & 22). I have included several side by side pictures showing the success of the appliance (Figs. 23-26). The final Cephalometric revealed an ANB of 7.2 degrees and WITS of 4.2 mm.
