Case 3 The patient presented with a symmetrical dental Class II platform and protrusive and over erupted maxillary incisors (Figs. 13 and 14). Maxillary and mandibular .018 NRUAs with tip-back bends were used to align, retract, and intrude the maxillary and mandibular incisors (Fig. 16). Simultane-ously, using a palatal TAD retained Mesial-Distalslider (Fig. 15), the maxillary first molars were bodily distal driven to a Class I platform (Fig. 17-B).
