Objectives included crossbite correction, maxillary arch development, closure of the diastema, and space creation. Treatment included aligner therapy and interceptive extraction of primary teeth. Continued monitoring and refinement facilitated eruption guidance and maintenance of arch development. See Figs. 5–7. casE 3 A 9-year-old female presented with developing malposition of the dentition during the mixed denti-tion stage. Limited Phase I treatment with clear aligners was utilized to improve alignment and guide eruption. Favorable arch development and dental alignment were observed during treatment. See Figs. 8 and 9.
