At its best, AI can enable precise diagnoses, facilitate efficient treatment planning, provide the convenience of remote monitoring, offer insights into our practice performance, and elevate the overall patient experience. As technological changes continue to accelerate, can we afford to remain stagnant? With significant changes, even positive ones, come substantial challenges. We must learn to navigate, embrace and benefit from these challenges. As business owners and team lead-ers, it is crucial to train our teams and ensure they are fully on board with new technologies; otherwise, all our investments in these tools will be in vain.
