She received her DDS degree from the University of Zulia in Venezuela and completed her pediatric residency at Louisiana State University, LSU. Being fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Echeverri has made multiple presentation in the USA and abroad. For more than 25 years, she has been affiliated with the Texas Children’s Hospital and the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. At the UTHealth School of Dentistry, she mentors a new generation of pediatric dentists. She is a Fellow of the American Orthodontic Society, as well as a member of numerous other dental associations. He received his Certificate of Maxillofacial Prosthetic Dentistry from LSU School of Dentistry in 1989 and his DDS from UT-Houston in 1992. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has lectured in Colombia, Venezuela, and Spain, in addition to the US and has published articles in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and the Journal of the American Orthodontic Society. His private practice in Houston focuses on a comprehensive approach to the treatment of patients, including restorative, prosthetic, and implant dentistry, as well as minor oral surgery and orthodontics. Shalom Samuel, DC is a Wisconsin native and a graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She grew up in India and moved to the United States with her family at the age of 12. She entered the pre-med program at UW-Parkside with the goal of becoming a dermatologist. Dr. Samuel first learned about chiropractic through Dr. Don Daniels, whose family she stayed with while finishing her last year at UW-Parkside. She shadowed Dr. Daniels at his chiropractic office and began to realize that the body has the power to heal itself and that the nervous system flows through the spine, which controls every single part of the body. Dr. Shalom has been serving people since graduating in 2012 and has a passion for helping families be their best.
