He received his Certificate of Maxillofacial Prosthetic Dentistry from LSU School of Dentistry in 1989 and his DDS from UT-Houston in 1992. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has lectured in Colombia, Venezuela, and Spain, in addition to the US and has published articles in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and the Journal of the American Orthodontic Society. His private practice in Houston focuses on a comprehensive approach to the treatment of patients, including restorative, prosthetic, and implant dentistry, as well as minor oral surgery and orthodontics. Dr. Echeverri is a Diplomate of the AOS and an AOS Past President. Jeff Dahm, DDS, is a 1987 graduate of Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1991 and completed an AEGD residency program at the University of North Carolina in 1992. After completing his residency program, he joined Dr. Jim Dahm in practice in 1992. Jeff has completed the Dawson Academy curriculum for restorative dentistry and is currently a member of the Seattle Study Club program. His passions are helping children with their facial growth and development and the combination of orthodontic care and restorative dentistry for the broken down dentition. He is a life member of the AOS and Diplomate. Andrey Horton, DDS , is a Diplomate of the AOS and an Indianapolis, Indiana native. He completed his pre-dental studies and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington. After earning his DDS from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry (Nashville, TN) in 2000, he completed a General Practice Residency in 2001 from the Indianapolis Roudebush VA Hospital. He currently owns two dental offices in Indianapolis and has been a member of the AOS since 2008. He has over 1000 ortho cases documented in Dolphin. Ralph Nicassio, DDS, graduated from UCLA in 1985. Dr. Nicassio has maintained a private practice focused on orthodontics and prosthodontics for 34 years. He has taught over 800 full days of contin-uing education in 19 different countries internationally and through-out the United States and Canada. He has been a consultant for fellow general dentists all over the world and has diagnosed over 40,000 comprehensive orthodontic cases. The objective of his courses is to teach the Gp Orthodontics to the same standard of care as a specialist with clarity, wisdom and sense-of-humor. Maria Zavala, RDA, BA, has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at California State University, Long Beach. Maria graduated from the Dental Assistant Program at Cerritos College in 1991. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Maria currently works in a general dental practice and orthodontics. Maria has over teaching experience in orthodontics program for dental assistants and currently works with general doctors doing in-office consultations.
