He is Bing Professor of Population Studies Emeritus and president of the Center for Conservation Biology at Stanford University. Randy K. Newby, DDS, is a Diplomate of the AOS and has practiced orthodontics for 30 years and has completed over 2,000 cases. He graduated from Wichita State University in 1976, and the Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1980. He has completed the Master Program in implant dentistry at the GIDE Institute in Los Ange-les, CA. Dr. Newby practices multidisciplinary dentistry in Mount Hope, KS, a small community outside of Wichita with his associate Katie L. Neidig, DDS, an AOS member. Ralph Nicassio, DDS, graduated from UCLA in 1985. Dr. Nicassio has maintained a private practice focused on orthodontics and prosthodontics for 34 years. He has taught over 800 full days of continuing education in 19 different countries interna-tionally and throughout the United States and Canada. He has been a consultant for fellow general dentists all over the world and has diagnosed over 40,000 comprehen-sive orthodontic cases. The objective of his courses is to teach the Gp Orthodontics to the same standard of care as a specialist with clarity, wisdom and sense-of-humor.
