He graduated from Wichita State University in 1976, and the Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1980. As Chief of Creative Strategy and Senior Content Writer, Marisa is a storyteller at heart, and she thrives on telling a practice’s story. She does this by adding data points to the roadmap based on research, creativity and a deep understanding of truthful story-telling for the dental industry. Gary Schulman, DMD, Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Pediatric Dentistry Department of Craniofacial Sciences, University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, after practicing architecture, attended dental school and completed a residency program in pediatric dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He has been a member of the AOS since 2002. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and an assistant clinical professor at UConn. He is the curriculum coordinator for orthodontic training of the residents, provides 24 lectures to each class about orthodontics and serves on the Examination Committee of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He has previously contributed to the Journal of the AOS. He also works in private practice in Glastonbury, CT with four outstanding dentists.
