AGpO MEMBERSHIP NEWS Eleven Doctors Graduate Comprehensive Hands-On Course www.academygportho.com Academy of Gp Orthodontics 2021 Officers President Scott Earp, DDS The recent Comprehensive Hands-On Course was held in McHenry, IL and finished on Febru-ary 20th 2021. Eleven doctors gradu-ated and earned their Associate Fellowship status with the Academy of Gp Orthodontics. This was the seventh course hosted by Dr. Greg Cannizzo who has been a host for the Academy’s 12-session Compre-hensive Hands-On Course since 2001. The eighth two-year course will begin in August 2021. To date 78 doctors have completed the course at the McHenry, IL location. During the last 20 years, Dr. Cannizzo’s office has provided the patients for all the doctors receiving their training at this site. A special thanks to host staff members: dental assistants Jayna Frett and Fiona Marshall. Administrative Assistant Ann Pauley and Office Manager Maura Frederick worked hard to make the clinical portion of this course possible. Their assistance in coordi-nating the secretarial and clinical support for the past 20 years has made it possible for the course to continue at the McHenry site.
