Benkert, RDH, BSDH, MPH, COM, FAADH, lives and prac-tices in the western suburban Chicago, IL area. She is a graduate of Loyola University, College of Dentistry, with a BS in Dental Hygiene and a Masters of Public Health in Policy and Administration with a focus in Dental Public Health. She is Certified in Orofacial Myology through the IAOM and holds Fellowship status in Orofacial Myology in the American Academy of Dental Hygiene. Her office locations are in Glen Ellyn, and Naperville/Aurora, IL. She is a former faculty member at the University of Illinois-College of Dentistry, Kennedy-King Dental Hygiene program. Kimberly has been teaching and training dental hygienists, dentists, and speech-language pathologists in Orofacial Myology on a national and interna-tional basis since 1982. Courses are also offered seminar style, as internships, and web-based. Elsa Alfonzo-Echeverri, DDS, FAAPD, is the Vice President of Echeverri Dental Center in Houston TX. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is an international speaker having made presentations in Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Spain and the USA. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Assn of Pediatric Dentistry and the AOS. Juan Carlos Echeverri, DDS, FAOS, After earning his DDS in his native country of Colombia, Dr. Echeverri moved to the US to pursue graduate studies. He received his Certificate of Maxillofacial Prosthetic Dentistry from LSU School of Dentistry in 1989 and his DDS from UT-Houston in 1992. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has lectured in Colombia, Venezuela, and Spain, in addition to the US and has published articles in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and the Journal of the American Orthodontic Society. His private practice in Houston focuses on a comprehensive approach to the treatment of patients, including restorative, prosthetic, and implant dentistry, as well as minor oral surgery and orthodontics. Dr. Echeverri is a Diplomate of the AOS and currently serves on the Board. David W. Jackson, DDS, FAGD, IBO, graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1978. Dr. Jackson, a member of AOS and AGpO, as well as other professional organizations, lectures extensively for the American Orthodontic Society and the International Association for Orthodontics. His insight to the real world of orthodontics in the general practice is honest and informative. Daryl Mathias, CDT, has been in the orthodontic lab industry since 1974 and a CDT (Certified Dental Technician) since 1981. He is co-founder and one of three principles at Accutech Orthodontic Laboratory, Inc., which has been in business since 1979 and is located in Chesapeake, VA. Mr. Mathias has lectured throughout the United States and currently teaches and lectures to residents at six recognized orthodontic programs. Dr. Nicassio has maintained a private practice in Norwalk, CA for 25 years. Dr. Nicassio, a member of AOS, has taught 700 days of continuing education in the 19 different counties internationally and throughout United States and Canada. His emphasis is on practical solutions emphasizing diagnosis of orthodontic and prosthodontics cases. Josephine Sinajon, DMD, graduated in 1979 from the University of the Philippines College of Dentistry. She successfully completed courses in aesthetic dentistry from UCLA in 2003. She also completed training and certification to practice orthodontics by a general dentist from Progressive Orthodontic Seminars in 2007 and continues to enrich her skills and knowledge through continuing education and study clubs. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Orange County Dental Society. She maintains a private practice in Costa Mesa, CA.
