Carapezza, DMD is a Diplomate of the AOS and has over 25 years of clinical experience in pediatric orthodontics and operates a successful private practice in Wayland, MA. He has degrees from Brandeis University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He served as a Teaching Fellow at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and received a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Children’s Hospital. Dr. Carapezza is currently an Associate Clinical Professor at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine and a contributing editor to the Journal of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry . His lecture experience includes the Senior Certified Instructor for both the American Orthodontic Society (AOS) and International Association for Orthodontics (IAO). David W. Jackson, DDS, FAGD, IBO, graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1978. Dr. Jackson, a member of AOS and AGpO, as well as other professional organizations, lectures extensively for the American Orthodontic Society and the International Association for Orthodontics. His insight to the real world of orthodontics in the general practice is honest and informative. Arafa Mohammad Arafa Khatab, BDS, MSc, PhD is a faculty member of the University of Egypt as well as a lecturer of Pedodontics. A graduate of Tanta University of Egypt, Dr. Khatab has spent hundreds of hours in research, gaining clini-cal experiences and receiving training in dental sedation, implant and root canal therapy. Keith Wilkerson, DDS, MS attended the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and received his dental degree in 1990. He completed both a residency in pediatric dentistry and a master’s of science degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and Baylor University in 1994. He has been board certi-fied by the ABPD since 2000. Keith has been using the Tip-Edge ® technique since his 1994 graduation from the Academy’s Hands-On Course. He is an Academy Diplomate and past president. Keith lives in Midland where he has been in private practice since 1993. Wyatt, Sr., DDS, FACD, FICD is a general dentist who has limited his Hurst, TX practice to orthodontics for 35 years. He has treated cases using a variety of techniques: removable appliances, conventional Edgewise and, for Dr. Wyatt is a two-time recipient of the Cooley Award, presented by the Texas State Dental Society for his outstanding contribution to preventive orthodontics, and is a Senior Instructor and Diplomate of both the AOS and the International Association for Orthodontics. Darbi Zuccato, RDH, continually challenges herself in the dental field. She simultaneously practices in the clini-cal setting while endeavoring into the large field beyond chairside dental hygiene.
