CONTRIBUTOR BIOGRAPHIES Cheryl Bologna, DDS received her dental degree from the University of Michigan in 1988. She is a member of the Amer- ican Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Orthodontic Society. Dr. Bologna has served on the Detroit District Peer Review Committee for three years and participates in the “Give Back A Smile Program” with the AGD. Dr. Bologna has been a member of the AOS since 1997 and became Invisalign® certified in 2003. Her Preferred Provider status with Invisalign® and her joy of teaching has guided her active involvement within the AOS. Juan Carlos Echeverri, DDS, FAOS is the owner of Echeverri Dental Center in Houston, TX. Kotlow, DDS is a board certified pediatric dentist practicing in Albany, New York. He is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Dental School and completed his specialty training at the Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Anne Mary Orr, DDS is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of LSU who maintains a private practice with her husband, Dr. Chad Orr, in Broken Bow, OK. She is a Dean’s honor graduate from Baylor Dental College and is one of a select few members who achieved Diplomate status within five years of joining the Ameri- can Orthodontic Society. Willis J. Pumphrey, DDS is the Chairman and CEO of ClearCorrect, Inc. He is a 1980 graduate of University of Texas Dental Branch and operates a successful private practice, The Dental Cosmetic Center of Houston.
