She gradu-ated from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and completed both her specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry, and her fellowship in the Department of Orthodontics at University of Connecticut. Dr. Baker is a senior lecturer for the AOS and is a clinical professor at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Alasdair M. Christie, BSc, PhD is Head of Research & Devel-opment at CarieScan, Ltd. leading product development teams through design for manufacture in the highly regulated medi-cal device sector. Qualified with a first degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Electrochemistry, early career was established on over a decade of postdoctoral R&D of a number of technologies ranging from medical devices to advanced lithium power sources for both electric vehicle and mobile device applications. Paul Gange, is the founder, president, and owner of Reliance Orthodontic Products, Inc. and has had a career in the orthodontic industry that spans over three decades. Gange has been directly involved with the development of orthodontic adhesives, sealants and cements for over thirty-four years, including the first "No Mix" adhesive and many of the bonding products used in orthodontic practices everyday. He has been a guest speaker/lecturer in numer-ous Study Clubs, Universities, Continuing Education courses and Regional Component meetings in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Far East. His publications include numerous journal articles and textbook chapters. David W. Jackson, DDS, FAGD, IBO, graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1978. Dr. Jackson, a member of AOS and AGpO, as well as other professional organizations, lectures exten-sively for the American Orthodontic Society and the Interna-tional Association for Orthodontics. Arafa Mohammad Arafa Khatab, BDS, MSc, PhD is a faculty member of the University of Egypt as well as a lecturer of Pedodontics. A graduate of Tanta University of Egypt, Dr. Khatab has spent hundreds of hours in research, gaining clinical experiences and receiving training in dental sedation, implant and root canal therapy. John White, DDS, MSD, ABO is a graduate of Ohio State Univer-sity College of Dentistry and went directly into the USAF Dental Corps as a general dentist. He received his MSD in Orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University in 1982 and remained in the USAF until 1988. Dr. White has been in private practice in suburban Cleveland since 1988 and a faculty member (currently associate professor) at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine since 1990 where he has been named Instructor of the Year three times. He has lectured nationally and internationally on many topics including CBCT imaging for orthodontics, Invisalign, and the integration of gnathologic and neuro-muscular dental principles in orthodontics.
