He earned Bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Saint Michael’s College and graduated from Boston University’s School for Finan-cial Planners. Before joining CCR Wealth Management in 2003, Mr. Albano spent several years at a boutique financial planning firm specializing in wealth management for high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Albano is a Certified Financial Planner, and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association as well as the Massachusetts Chapter of the FPA. Matthew Finkelmann, PhD is currently an assistant professor at the Tufts Univer-sity School of Dental Medicine. He received a Ph.D. in statistics from Stanford Univer-sity and is an active researcher in psychometrics, specializing in item response theory and computerized adaptive testing.
