Jackson, DDS, FAGD, IBO, graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1978. Dr. Jackson, a member of AOS and AGpO, as well as other professional organizations, lectures exten-sively for the American Orthodontic Society and the International Association for Orthodontics. His insight to the real world of orthodontics in the general practice is honest and informative. Craig W. Jester, DDS, received his DDS from Temple University in 1970,and received a certificate of internship from the Philadelphia Naval Hospital in 1971. In 1975, he began his educational journey in orthodontic and TMD treatment. He has taught cephalometrics and beginning and advanced orthodontic mechanics for the United States Dental Institute, since 1980. He maintains a specialty integrated general practice in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He was recently published in the Jan/Feb 2013 edition of the AGD publication, General Dentistry , on a caries and periodontal preventive protocol for all ages. Shaza M. Hammad, PhD, is an associate professor of Orthodontics (Mansoura University, Egypt), since 2006. Her thesis about the study of shear bond strength of bonding brackets to porcelain using new adhesive systems, in vivo and vitro study, was published in the Egyptian Orthodontic Journal. She is also a member of the Egyptian Orthodontic Society. She has national and international publications considering different aspects in Orthodontics. She is also currently supervising a number of thesis for Egyptian and Arabic post-graduate students. Jim Prittinen, DDS, received his DDS degree from the University of Minnesota in 1981 and has been an orthodontic instructor for the United States Dental Institute since 1993. In addition, he has been the director of Practical Orthodontics since 1997. Practical Orthodontics is an organization whose mission is to provide orthodontic educational opportunities for dentists. Dr. Prittinen maintains a general dental practice in Virginia, MN, where he treats about 50 orthodontic cases per year. Dr. Prittinen has had numerous orthodontic articles and reviews published. Keith Wilkerson, DDS, MS, attended the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and received his dental degree in 1990. He completed both a residency in pedi-atric dentistry and a Master’s of Science degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and Baylor University in 1994. He has been board certified by the ABPD since 2000. Keith has been using the Tip-Edge ® technique since his 1994 graduation from the Academy’s Hands-On Course. He is an AGpO Diplomate and past president. Keith lives in Midland, TX, where he has been in private practice since 1993.
