He earned his General Practice Residency Certificate in 2001 at the Indianapolis VA Roudebush Hospital, with rotations at Wishard Hospital and IU Hospital. He has owned and operated his dental practice in Broad Ripple since 2003. Horton is a member of the ADA, Indiana Dental Association, and Indianapolis Dental Society. He is a current AOS Board Member and is married to his wife, Beverly. Together they have three children.
