AOS MEMBERSHIP NEWS Recharge Your Continuing Education Brian D. Vierthaler, DDS AOS President Hello to all AOS members! Hopefully, springtime is finding its way to your cities and towns. In Maryville, MO (my town), the rise of tulips always signifies the light at the end of the miserable wintery tunnel. I finally feel as though life is getting back to some-what normal, and I find myself more and more inter-ested in getting back into continuing education. I recently attended a course and was reminded what a valuable investment attending courses can be! Yes, the course was phenomenal, but more importantly, the conversations I had with fellow dentists after the course and on breaks were just as valuable. Being around like-minded people, who are still engaged in our profession, ALWAYS ‘charges my batteries!” The AOS Board of Directors has been hard at work making sure AOS members have good quality continuing education opportunities. I wanted to encourage members to visit our website, www.orthodontics.com, to learn of the courses we are offering. The last few years with COVID, I myself haven’t been as engaged with CE, and all it took was one course to make me remember what I was missing!
