As long as a broad archwire is employed, a broad arch form is produced with or with-out premolars. And finally in a procumbent, dolico-cephalic patient, a better result can be achieved. I do not employ diagnostic services. I never have and I never will. I trace all of my own cephs on every patient every time. And I always look at the facial profile, the dental/skeletal classification and the growth angle of the patient to determine my treat-ment mechanics.
