I have heard a great time was had by all who attended the 2012 Spring refresher held in conjunction with the IAO in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico. The programs included some great speakers including Dr. Derek Mahony, Dr. Christopher Kesling, Dr. Keith Wilkerson and Dr. William Buckley. Thanks again to Adam and his staff for all their tireless efforts to contribute to AGpO's growth and commitment to excellent continuing education. Thanks again to Dr. Greg Cannizzo for his endless efforts in making this an amaz-ing journal, and thanks to all our amaz-ing instructors who give so much of their time and energy to offer so many courses to doctors and assistants.
