The first time you log in, using your e-mail address for both your username and password, you’ll be able to setup your profile photo, specify your content interests, and then answer a few “Member Matching” ques-tions. These questions are designed to match you with other AOS members who share similar interests and practice techniques. From there, you can choose how and when you receive e-mail notifications as well as what other members can see. Click on “Edit my settings” next to your profile photo and select the privacy and notifica-tions tabs (Fig.1). Fig. 1 Then click “groups” to see what people are talking about, and click the icon to join (Fig. 2)! If you cannot join a specific group, it may have privacy restrictions or it may require you to “Request to join group”.
