I was very pleased with the final results and was very proud of my class! The patient completed treatment with proper overjet/overbite, class I molar and anterior region, and a nice balanced profile. As a note, I sold my offices in late 2010. I left the office I had originally begun the Premiere program. In the office I moved to, the doctor who owns the office has a Sirona panolipse approxi-mately $48,000). As you can see from the final pan it takes beautiful radiographs. Unfortunately, it did 64 July/August 2012 JAOS Fig. 18 Fig. 19 not have the Ceph attachment. And I moved between session 5 and 6 of my in office course. As I only had a month, I opted to convert to a much less expensive system. I purchased a Progeny x-ray tube ($2,800), a rebuilt digital processor by Kodak ($2,500) and a Duoceph Ceph tube holder ($800 – John’s Dental Lab). The final Ceph was taken by the Progeny radiograph in the Duoceph holder. While it is not quite as “pretty” as an expensive system, it is very diagnostic and the price is defi-nitely right.
