He completed both a residency in pediatric dentistry and a Master’s of Science degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and Baylor University in 1994. He has been board certified by the ABPD since 2000. Keith has been using the Tip-Edge® technique since his 1994 graduation from the Academy’s Hands-On Course. He is an AGpO Diplomate and past President. Keith lives in Midland, TX, where he has been in private practice since 1993.
